I updated the main post with some updated shipping info for non-US orders. I'll be making PCB order tomorrow to get this done before Chinese New Year. Also looks like my new printer will be here Monday so I'll be able to get things going for the triangles next week and will update the thread with pictures.

Thanks again everyone for their interest in this. I'll make the PCB order today. The turn around shouldn't be anymore than a week. I'll order extras so if anyone wants to jump in after today it should be fine. I get my SLA printer early next week so I'll start getting the triangles printed and I'll update the thread with pictures. Any questions ask here or PM me. Thanks again!

PCB order has been made! I ordered extras beyond the interest list so if anyone still wants to jump in there are more spots available. As soon as the PCBs come in I'll update the thread will pictures. Before then I will start working the resin SLA printed triangles and update everyone with pictures.

I won't start asking for payments until I have the PCBs and the triangle inserts are made and tested. When that time comes I'll make a post and provide my PayPal info. That way everyone can self-initiate the payment and just put their username in the notes.

Quick question:
I'm working on a new triangle plate: waiting on quote info... What triangle sizing are you specifying for the inserts? I'm hoping for 11/64" equilateral sides. (if not i might be making my own)
I think the new spacing would still work with the PCB with the LEDs angled inward.

I'm using the measurements of the existing cutouts which are not equilateral but isosceles. I estimate to be about 3.9 x 3.9 x 4.4 (mm). I designed the inserts using these measurements. I got my new SLA printer today, tomorrow I will get it set up and see how these measurements work out, then tweak if necessary.
If you go through with your plate I can also create the triangles using your measurements as an option.

Pictures! I just printed up the first version of triangles on my new SLA printer.
Here is on of the first test resin inserts! Other than rinsing it in some IPA I haven't don't anything to it.
Here they are in the plate. Sorry if the pictures are not completely in focus.
You can see they are translucent. I will now dye them red and green the cure them with some UV light. I'll post an update with the results soon.
