Constantine Devils Bible

Has anybody attempted to make the devils version of the bible in Constantine? I'm just looking for more or less a slip cover that I can weather etc...

I did do a search and came up with nothing besides the cigarettes etc.

Anybody? Should be a simple design. I have no Photoshop skills and think this would go good with other items as a display piece... Please

The bible is also called Codex Gigas.

The codex isn't the one they are referring too in the movie.
