I just watched the movie on cable this week and noticed that the edges of the crosses on the knuckles are square, not round, as I've seen posted earlier, so I'm wondering how those will be cut. Also, are you making a jig to rotate the knuckles under the end mill, or are you using live tooling?

I was very very eager lol. As soon as it got to the door i got to work lol. Some of the fingers were already broken (friggin UPS :angry ) but it worked to my advantage this time lol.

The crosses are square from what I've seen. Where did you see them rounded? That might have been RussReps version.

He made some out of steel with the crosses cut into them. They were round.
