The manufacture of the heads is the same as the rest of the other figures.

First, taking the eight original heads as a reference, we make the modeling of each of the little heads in plasticine.

Then we make the eight molds and make a plaster copy of each head.

In the plaster copy we refine the details and give the appearance of wood with small cracks.

Next we make another eight silicone molds and of each one of them we will be able to make the resin copies.

Looking good. I have an easier way to mold those parts. Very similar to what you're already doing but if you glue your part down to a piece of foam core, hot glue an upside down cup over your part, cut out the bottom and then pour the silicone in. That way you don't have to get your part down in the bottom of a container.
