Conan- Temple Snake Medallion Display WIP

Recieved TK570's awesome Jade Medallion yesterday and came up a plan to display it....

It is sill a work in progress.I made a template and did a quick paint up in black on an extra piece of material.The final will be in blue paint to match the screen...


Here is what I am going for....

And here is what I have so far...

I drew it then made a stencil so I can flip it over to do the other side.The lines on the outside of the snake still need put on.

I welcome any input to make this turn out right!

....I will end up with 2 the one I am doing is a prototype and it may not be perfect, but if you want it Darthinvictus I could drop it in the mail when I'm done.

Here it is so far...still need to put the "outline" lines on each side, that is a different stencil.....

Should be another week or so till its done.

Keep in mind that due to space restrictions I "scaled" down the size.:lol pun intended.

What I mean is-it is smaller than the screen one.

I used 3/64 (1.2mm) brass rod.

I just cut and bent it to size.

I didn't have a 3/64 drill bit so I just cut a peice of the brass rod and put it in the Dremmel and drilled the holes. The bur in the brass from cutting it was sharp enough to use for drilling.

I have tons of extra. Anyone who needs some just PM your address and I can drop it in the mail for you.
