Conan Props

I am looking for a source for these two props. I don't need them to be made of metal or jade - resin would be just fine. I would want them to be convention safe, so a real dagger wouldn't be ideal.
I would love to have this dagger:

And I'm looking for a medallion that Conan stole from the priest in the shape of this standard:

Any leads or help would be great! Thanks.

I seem to recall someone here makes or made, that double serpent medallion, but the name escapes me at the moment....I'm thinking Wilco Models? I just did a search for them but didn't come back with any direct links.

Yeah somebody did the pendents but they were a small run from what I recall.

Ithink the person you are looking for is Relicmaker.

The two props Silverback mentioned in his first post have been on my list of things to do for a while now. The dagger from Marto is just all WRONG!!! I ordered one off of eBay before and was very disappointed in it. The damn thing was hollow, let alone the details were all wrong!:angry
Conan the Barbarian is one of my favorite films as you can tell with my sword and Eye of the Serpent diamond.
The first thing that I'll be making from this film, will be the Three-Serpent stand that held the Eye of the Serpent diamond in the snake chamber, which I hope to tackle this year.
Then I hope to do the Jade snake medallion and the dagger.
I'd love to have the dagger cast in steel, but we'll see. The foundry cost is expensive, plus they will need to polish them as well, which will add to the cost.
I have a lot of reference photos and actual measurements of the original prop that filmswords.com posted during their production of their replicas, so it won't be hard to replicate. Plus, it won't cost over $1,000 like filmswords.com's either.:thumbsup
I don't think there will be a problem with interest for the dagger, since that thing is just BAD-A**!!!:love:thumbsup

All hail Brenton! I was just thinking the other day, my EOS diamond looks pretty plain by itself. I don't suppose you saved their Riddle of Steel webpage? I wrote Albion and they said it doesn't exist anymore.

:lol! Yeah, I hate looking at my crystal paperweights as well!
No, I only saved a few images from the website, which included the dagger production images.

Relicmaker, would it be possible to get those images so I can try to sculpt something with some oven bake clay. I know it wouldn't be on the level of mastery that you can do, but I was looking to knock this out as a wearable prop for DragonCon this year.

I love the conan stuff....
The fangs dagger would be sweet if done up correctly.

Here is an animation comparing Albion's screen accurate to the Marto...I didn't get the sizes quite right between the two, but it still makes it easy to compare...

Learn something every day. Thanks!!!!

No kidding! I didn't know that existed!

Well, there you have it!
The "cast-from-the-original" Fangs of the Serpent Dagger.:thumbsup

Coming soon! To a prop shelf near you!
