COMPLETED ! Amazing Spider-Man 2 Pattern WIP (Some Images)

Hello ! Been on here looking for size info for patterns like crazy as well as photoshop tips , finally decided to make my own pattern while I wait for a swatch of a pattern I purchased. Any tips or criticism more then welcome ! This site is a great resource and all the reference material allowed me to get started not so blindly. Here's what I have so far:
The entire torso is done, I'm going to do the muscle layer last. annddd that's it :/ I should be done with it soon, With the exception of the muscle layer.

I've been super busy. Any time I get for this seems rushed and unsatisfactory
I have to do a lot of work on the chest webbing, but at this point I'm just trying to get everything fleshed out so that I can tweak it all together.

So If anyone can help ! I'm confused because I followed the new closeups of the Amazing Spider-man 2 costume. He has a honeycomb pattern on the blue of the arms,the rest of the blue is a metallic brick, and the red is all black bricks. I tried to recreate the same look but realized if I make a muscle layer it won't distort like if I had just one brick or honeycomb pattern. Any suggestions ?

I got bored overnight working on the TASM2 pattern so I took 5 minutes to make this I think I know what I might make next, if not superior spider-man. Would love to get this first pattern perfect first though by January.

So I purchased Taylor Mcmanu's Base muscle pattern and changed up my web pattern. forgive the spider its a place holder till I can get it perfect . Hopefully I can put more time into this . I'm not stressing movie accuracy as much as before since there are already so many super accurate patterns out there, I just want to wear one that's mine hehe.

Going to rotate the brick on the blue part of the chest and hopefully add some more detail to it. If any of you know how to size this let me know ! I know how to size the file's I've bought but this one I kind of winged it with the canvas so I'm oblivious. I saw a rule of thumb on here somewhere but I don't know if I can follow that considering differences in PPI...ahhh ! Still fun

All for today. Re did the neck,belt, and boot webs. Got around to the thumb and palm webs as well.

I think Im going to print this as it. I'm not done, but I'm happy with it, and I like the pattern without the bricks. The final one will have everything but for now I might send this to print to have something to mess around with.
