Colored contact lenses - Who is the best?

A friend of mine recently asked me to locate a good vendor for colored contact lenses. He is looking for both very bright blue lens and bright purple lens to complete some hero costumes he is making. Since I can not wear contacts, I have no idea who the good vendors are so I am hoping to get point in the right direction.
