I bought the helmet from a really neat guy on ebay that makes cobra helmets. I have perfect vision thru it, it is like a motorcycle visor. I think the helmet is fiberglass tho it might be resin, I dont know much about that stuff. It has a chinstrap so it cant fall off or move around but its super comfy. I had a blast running around as the Commander.

Oddly enough, the people that didnt get it at first, once I quoted the FCC episode of Family guy, knew who I was.

But one lady wanted to know what star wars character I was, and when I told her I was from GI Joe and she said well now I know, I said "And knowing is half the battle!" and it went right over her head.

Your costume is looking great! The work on the jacket alone has really paid off, and that embroidered patch is killer. Have you considered adding the cape to the ensemble for those formal occasions?:lol

Good work on this one, Spidermale. Not many people tackle this one at all, even though tons of people should recognize it. Hopefully you'll have a Joe con of some kind soon to really show it off! Nice shot with the other villains, too!
