do a search for a "foam latex injection gun" It's basically a huge syringe for injection foam latex into prosthetic makeup molds.

sorry mate. totaly forgot . as soon as i get home from work pics will be up. also have a search on youtube for hushmapuppy he's my f.x partner theres a 2 part vid on how we made a silicone davros mask for a customer. should show you a lot there. again sorry to have not got the pics up. it will be done.

as for the syringe I think I might use a BLAST-IT super plunger they sell them at Lowes for $10.

Thank you, I just got back from Lowes and finally got some respirator cartridges so I can work on the mold and got two PLUNGE-IT's(blast-it's) for injection the silicone.

Okay, I just de-molded it and the clay is kinda stuck to one side. And on the other side the clay and part of the mannequin head (I had to chop it up a bit) is suck as well, help is needed. Do you think I can just put it in a bucket of water and let it soak over night without destroying the mold (getting it water logged)? What do you think I should do? Please help me.

Just soak it in water and use a scrubbing brush to clean out the recessed areas. Just make sure you don't use one with bristles that are too hard. You shouldn't have to leave it in water overnight... just do it a little at a time. Don't rush it or you'll risk damaging your mold.

Okay, I got the mannequin head out aswell as most of the clay. I just ordered a new mannequin head should be here soon.
