Cleaning inhibited silicone from nonsulifnated clay?

So I had a tragic molding mishap recently which left me with quite a bit of clay covered in a sticky, half cured mess.

Do any of you pros have any tips on how I can clean this crap off my clay or am I stuck just removing the top layer of goop/clay mechanically?

vinegar, I believe will cure it to where you can remove it.
