Question Classifieds - Joined a project run, seller not replying and not fufilling run

Hi guys,

I joined a project run, paid in full and was told it would be ready in 1 month. Fast forward 5 months later there is still no news on delivering my item.
Every message I send a seller they take 3-4 weeks to reply or was completely ignored until I posted in the main thread.

However they are still active daily in their other project runs, what can I do?

You have 180 days to file a paypal dispute.
