I pre-ordered this Neca figure (for ~$18) quite a while ago, so I had forgotten all about it until he sputtered up my driveway today!

Joe, after I gave Blu14 to my daughter, the first thing she asked me was, "Does this mean we're getting two Claptraps from 'the model man' so Clappy can have his friend?" :confused

Ummmmmm, it looks like you have me deep in pocket for at least two kits. Add the punk, robot rebellion Cl4ppy I want to build and we may be looking at three...or even more if I put together a squad of variants from the robot uprising.

Aw heck, Joe, you might as well put me down for the entire first run. Everyone else can wait for seconds, right? :facepalm

And speaking of the punk version, I will finish off the parts for him once I get the master back. The parts are cut out just need to be modified a bit to fit on the model.

Yeah, she knows how to get what she wants from me, that's for sure. She just goes into :angel mode and I'm done for.

Fortunately, I raised her right and she likes a lot of the same things I do--much to the consternation of her mother. :lol

I completely forgot you were doing a punk version. That is most excellent! Are you thinking about offering something like an accessories pack so we can customize to our collective heart's content? [hint hint] :angel

Right now I have it planned as it's own kit. But, I need to get through this kit first...hehe! I can easily stack my plate if I don't control myself. I've played with the idea of offering it as an accessory pack. I'll definitely let you know as the time gets closer to a possible second kit.

The master is with the caster. However, he has some projects he is getting out of the way first. I'LLC post as soon as he tells me he has started. As always, thanks for the continued interest!

Ok, don't stone me! I had a last minute trip to find a new house as I am relocating in September. So, as far killing the thread, not just yet.

I couldn't come through on the first attempt at producing a kit, but I am keeping my promise of this project not completely dying. After years, of reaching out to casters and even attempting my own molds, I've come to a point where I feel confident that I can mold and cast this model in a better way.

Therefore, I will be releasing an interest thread in the buy and sell section later to see if it is worth the time.

Until then, I will build up my only copy of my first mold attempt. Peace!

P.S. I also changed the thread name from "Potty-Mouth Droid" to Claptrap.
