An amazing turn around.. You should be very pleased with yourself..

I haven't seen the films in a long time but is the denim coveralls accurate to a certain movie? I always remember the light blue ones like on the Medicom.

Re: Chucky doll modification - Finished pg4

That's a great job.

The glass eyes make a huge difference. The other changes you've made make the thing look 100% better too.

I watched 'Bride of Chucky' not too long ago - there are couple of scenes which are a great homage to 'Bride of Frankenstein'. I still think the first 'Child's Play' is the best one though.

Anyway, great work! :thumbsup

Yeah that is amazing, it's inspired me to start my own chucky project.
And no, none of the films had denim overalls, it's just simply more cost effective in a mass produce piece such as that, more so then the screen accurate corderouy material the medicom replicas use.

Thanks guys. :)

Yeah, the main thing I hated about the Spencer's Chucky was the fact that the eyes pointed in two different directions and made him look really wonky. Once you've got them cut out and replaced, it's MUCH better. Got to hand it to them though, it's a nice head sculpt.

Re: Chucky doll modification - Finished pg4

Hi i just bought one of these. Im pretty keen on doing a mod to mine also as this is least decent chucky doll i have seen but its all i could affod at the moment.

:lol

Love the title of your thread... But here's one problem...

THERE IS NO PAGE 4 :lol

Hey, I love the work you did to Chucky, looks great! I've just got a spencers version of the doll and am having a go at doing a little modifying myself. I've removed the head by cutting the cable tie but that stick thing is still attached to the head and I was just wondering, how did u manage to unattach it? I'm scared I'm gonna break it lol

As I said in my PM, it was Citadel Elf Flesh (I think) applied with a brush. That particular colour is now OOP.

sorry about that didnt think the pm's sent........

after you painted the head did you seal with a vanish or anythink like that to stop paint from coming off?. sorry for these questions, thanks again ian

cheers for that, il start on mine soon.

the tng chucky props are catching my eye. but works out $450 for prop then $190 shipping to uk. very nice and just as good as the show case i think.
