christopher reeve style wig - where to buy?

Hi guys,

I am going for the Christoper Reeve Superman look this year and I need some help with the hair...

I have thin short brown hair - which will not work for superman - so I would need to get a wig.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or have any tips?

you could temp dye it and slick it down with hair gel? unless by short you actually meant shaved. If that's the case, check out party city or any halloween place, although with most short wigs that are reasonably priced...its going to look kind of fake and cheesy.

ya, I have really short hair.

As for those type of wigs at party city and such - I want to avoide those for the exact same reason you mentioned - they will look fake and cheesy

there are a lot of places but i would suggest a lace front wig. google search them They will look like the hair is growing out of ur scalp. U can buy one and have it styled.

Or you could go to your local wig ship with some pictures of what you want and they can usually make it happen. That's their business.
