Child-sized Stormtrooper Tutorial *PICS*

I know what I'm doing for my niece and nephew for Christmas now.

Chris, what was the total time for this project if you had to guess?

Amazing.

I am currently building a Predator suit for my 6 year old and he just today said next year he wanted to be a stormtrooper. What are the odds that I would see this today?

Fantastic work, i would never have thought of it. Please keep that tutorial around so we can find it again next year.

DarkLordSalvo, I'd guess you could cut out all the armor parts in an afternoon. The helmet probably the same. I'm working on a Zam Wesell costume for my 9 yr old daughter using many of the same principles (craft foam). Total cost is running at about $50. I'll post pics and details after Halloween.

Love the Predator costume. Not much out there for a child size.
We did one for our son when he was 7.....Halloween 2004.

Nice work. I plan on doing this for a Vader costume this year for my Daughter.
