Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, I am new to the forum and looking for some help with a personal project I have going on.
I am trying to create a costume that features an Alien Chest Burster, I am trying to get it ready for Halloween and wondered if anyone has any advice.
I have a collectible Alien Chest Burster already but I want to modify this and attach it to a custom chest piece or something that looks like a larger wound. I have looked all over the internet for a chest piece that I can modify but everything looks extremely cheap and unlikely to be able to take the weight. I was looking for something made out of foam or latex that I could strap on and modify.

Clearly I am pretty new to all of this in general but would appreciate any help at all with this.
