Chest armor by Sith Planet

I'm not sure how to approach this. While reviewing the paint scheme for a Vader helmet for a composites class that I teach, I came across a web page that advertises Vader pieces. One of the pieces is Vader chest armor but it very, very, very closely resembles the Phoenix Vader armor that I made years ago for Tom. I never sold my molds, and I am not too happy about it. I've been out of this whole game for a number of years but I don't exactly like seeing the work that I put into creating the armor and molds go to waste.

If I am wrong, and the SP armor was not taken from a set of Phoenix Vader armor, then apologies all around. The Phoenix Vader armor, however, has distinctions that no other armor has, and it looks exactly like the PV armor that I created.

To the best of my knowledge the Sith Planet stuff came from a Jeff/Fyberdyne display at Planet Hollywood. I haven't kept track on the various things for a while though.
