Chaos Knight (worbla)

Oh, perfect! Now there's a method I can use :D
Thanks heaps, I'll give that a go! :thumbsup

That's looking amazing.

Great to see you back at this. The level of detail you're getting is incredible and it's really interesting to see the way you did the dragons.

Thank you man and glad you like the tutorial pics. Shame I didn't proof read it so I could catch the grammatical errors :p

Hehe no worries hun hope it helps :)

How heavy do you think this will end up being? Do you have some kind of harness to help wear it?

This is very nice, I'm tentatively finished with my Mark of chaos/khorne knight I have been working on along time, so I think this is awesome. will post a picture if you're keen, don't want to hijack your thread, it's just cool to see someone else into Warhammer Fantasy.

Thank you man and yeah would be great to see it as none of the pictures on your thread areshowing.

Hrmm ya, that's odd, I don't know why lol. I think I want to add a shield and some other do dads
This was a few test fittings, the first one is after I adjusted the chest armor and shoulders.

Tutorial for you all! If you are not doing a pep design and wondered how to make domes here is how I do them. You could apply this to any shape if you put your mind to it too :)

All of this is so badass.

Thank you :)

Incredible works. Photo bucket seem to reduce pix resolution and the text on your two tutorials is illegible for me.

This is by FAAAAAAR the most impressive worbla build I've ever seen. You should be damn proud of yourself.

How many hours do you think you've put into this so far?

I honestly have no idea. I started this a year and a half ago and just do bits in the evenings I have free (I do commission work so that takes up my evenings too) or am not too tired from work.

Thank you very much and yes I am very proud! :D If you want to see some really impressive worbla work check out Erza - Cosplay on Facebook. Her stuff is insanely good!

Been quiet for a while due to having commissions to complete but managed to do a little work on my own costume the other night. Its been a long time since I did any proper painting but started on a shoulder pad to test out my paints. Took a few goes to get the right gold but found a great guilding wax by Pebeo called Empire Gold. Hopefully you can imagine what the whole suit will look like fully painted. This is not finished though I have a lot to do on it yet.
