Try PM'ing Mantis. He's one of the Bond experts on the board. He has replicas of a lot of the costumes.

The shirt was made by a company in England from a very high end cotton fabric. The fabric alone would cost nearly a hundred dollars if it was even made anymore, which it's not. I was able to find three yards and with shipping and a discount(because it was the last three yards) it was still almost eighty.
There's two options. On ajb007.co.uk there is a group who had more fabric made up and I think the shirts are still available. They only sell completed shirts and they run between $300 and $340. These are made by the same company and from the same fabric that was used in the movie. Mantis has this shirt and has pics of it on the shirt thread at ajb.
Otherwise, Magnoli had his own fabric made and is selling shirts for around $150 I think. Should be good product as I've only heard good things about everything he's produced.
I think if there was a good close enough someone would have mentioned it already. If you don't use one of these options, good luck in your search.

Yep what he said. I bought a shirt form the AJB run. Expensive shirt indeed, but as a Bond collector, I wanted the real deal. Here is a link to apicture of my shirt:
