Cartoon like Being Human

Does anyone know the title of the cartoon (from the 60s or 70s I presume) which had a vampire, a werewolf and the Frankenstein monster (instead of a ghost) living in the same house? I am kinda confused or maybe it was a mummy instead of the werewolf, not really sure.

The cartoon was 5 or 10 minutes long, acting as filler between other regular longer cartoons.

If it were the 80s, I'd say it was the Drac Pack, but yeah, the 60s/70s one is Grovvie Ghoulies.

Thanks guys, after the initial responses I looked up Groovie Goolies and thought that was the one.

But turns out I was actually looking for the 80s animated series Drak Pack, which was inspired from Groovie Goolies. Thanks batdemon.
