CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW (VashdStampede version)

I wanted to show you guys my build on Ely's amazing Jack Sparrow. This is easily his best sculpting work yet. I've completed the paint work and all the hair work. All hand laid, no sculpted hair. The eyes should be here monday, and I have the costume and Dredds being made now by Yordreem and Empire Worldwide. I hope you guys like it.

looks great! 2 critiques, though - his eyebrows are a bit furry and long for depp, and the sore on his jaw line is a closer to the chin. I hope that was welcome advice!

Well the bandana is going to cover most of the eyebrows anyway, but I'll trim them back. Do you have any good photos of the sore on his face? I had a hard time finding any.
Next update will be in about 2 or 3 weeks when the rest of the components arrive.

This is looking great.

I've upload some reference pics of Jack's (I've heard referred to as syphilis) scar.
As would be expected over the course of four movies and eight years the scar somewhat changes shape, size, location and ickiness factor from movie to movie. It even changes from scene to scene within each movie. Some scenes it is hardly even visible, others it is large and obnoxious (cannibal Jack), so pick the look of it you like best and go for it.
