Captain America Wings Commission?

Hello everyone! I know this is a long shot but I really want to commission someone to make a file for working wings (folding into a small shape). I know that is a difficult ask, but I really would like to see if anyone could do it by modeling mechanisms inside the wings that allow them do perform like the real thing. I had a close practical solution with some umbrella parts and was close, but no dice.

I will even settle for a straight up 3d model of the wings just out and not able to articulate. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
