I wondered if the gun buffs here could identofy Peggy's pistol.

Also as a side question, opinions on what colour the dress she wears in this scene would be fantastic!

Looks like a Walther PP or PPK (PPs are bigger)

Her uniform is a US Army WAC uniform in the dark OD

What Price Glory has the skirt in the "pink" color but not the dark OD. A fellow on Ebay named "Spearhead Militaria" may have the skirt in the darker OD (Olive Drab) color in the correct elastique wool fabric.

I'm about 98% sure that her gun is a Walther PP or PPK. The other 2% of me isn't quite ready to commit, but is still leaning in that direction.
