I could see Tony as the next A.I. like he was in the comics. He had downloaded his mind into his operating system before he faced off with Captain Marvel in civil war 2. When she put him in a coma and his body in stasis, he basically became Jarvis.

Then, when it was clear his body was not going to recover, he made a clone copy and downloaded his mind into it giving Tony Stark a rebirth.
