Can you identify my PPG?

Hi folks,

Calling all PPG experts! I got this in trade about 4-5 years ago, and can't for the life of me remember who made it.

It's all solid aluminium, with 3x removal energy caps and rubber grips. Really hefty weight to it, feels like the real thing would I expect... if it was real! Also comes in the really nice glass display clase. Can anyone identify the maker?

I'm considering letting it go, so trying to get an idea of what it's worth. Any ideas?

Bah. Photoshop stopped working, so only have the one pic for now :(

Thanks!

Looks like the barrel is solid too? That's a bit odd. Otherwise pretty with a nice display case.

The barrel is hollowed, it's not solid. Just a bad angle on the picture...

if you can get more pics please post 'em. ppg looks familiar but i'd like to see it out of the case before i say anything.
case looks like the one that came with steve dymzo's ppg many years ago.
how is the power cap held in?

Got my camera working again.

The power cap just pulls out. Hope this helps!

ok, the "Q" with the lines through it on the power-cap is a dead give-a-way. that PPG is from Vertex Designs in Canada. his machinist put that Q on everything he made :)
i'd say it's about 10-15 years old. vertex closed up shop many moons ago.

Thanks, BW :) What do you think is a decent asking price for it? PM me if you'd prefer :)

Thanks!

Second that - looks like an SD (mostly because of the case) but is more likely one of the Canadian models. Very good for the time when detailed pics were not available.
