Can you help me find tutorials?

Hey everybody. I had a few tutorials with Step By Step pictures linked in a notepad file on my computer, I forgot to back it up when I formatted the computer and I can't seem to find it.

The first one beeing a sort of MuscleSuit, where you use pillowpads or such and glue it together on a suit so it looks a bit buffed (Spiderman for referance)

The second one beeing a step by step how to mix and make sort of "Venom" or "Symbiote" from Spiderman

there were others but i'm currently only looking for those (finally have free time on my hands to start doing this)

Can you lend a hand?

Or (theoretically),you could use the foam build for Classic Iron Man by JFcustom and wear a black zentai suit with hood over it.Of all Iron Man foam builds,I found this one the most organic looking and potential (visual) muscle enhancer:
