Since its shakira i'm assuming its from one of her videos. Which one if you dont mind me asking as it will help in hunting down them for you.

I did a little research and it appears that she is wearing them in a few photo shoots she did for a few smaller magazines, none of which are in the US. She used them in the cover of Bravo Magazine for the German edition and Urban Latino Magazine (Issue Feb 2002). It is said in the write up for Urban Latino Magazine that this same photo is also used for a Spanish Pepsi advertisment on the back of the magazine.
