Can someone fix my darth sidious MR LS

Hi everyone,
Well hears my problem i just recently received my Master Replica darth sidious light saber i won on Ebay that i got shipped to me all the way from El Salvador, and when i got it, it looked like someone used it as a soccer ball, when i opened it up, i noticed that the top styrofoam was not in place so the LS got banged all around , it cracked the plastic display case inside and scratched the LS in 3 spots, i was wondering if i would be able to get those two parts replaced or refinished by someone that has experience in this field, like maybe an ex employe of Master Replica or something. by the way i went to a metal plating company today to see if they could fix it, and the man told me that it is not plated but a lacquer finnish on top of the color , hope someone can help me . thanks

By the way i live in toronto incase there's any hobbyists near me.

Return it right away. The seller should issue a refund. If not file a complaint with Paypal. That is ridiculous that it was not packaged correctly and there are plenty of Sideous sabers on Ebay. I've been tracking them for a while and you can get one for $200. A new one pops up about every week or two.

There is one guy selling a MR sidious saber on Rebel Scum if you are interested. Definitely ask the seller for a refund and check out options on ebay. That is a delivery error on their part for not packing the saber correctly. If not, dispute through paypal

Hmm if the package was damaged during transit (like someone played soccer with it) I would hardly blame it on poor packaging, but on the post office. If someone runs a truck ober your package, how can the seller be responsible? should he sent it in a concrete block? XD

Perhaps you should file a claime with the post office?
I do not know how it is in your country but in mine we file a claim on damage during transit and get some money back on the packages which are insured.
