Can anyone identify Dennis Nedry's shirt from Jurassic Park?

I don't know if anyone has ever been able to track down this polo shirt he wears throughout most of the first film. I'm looking at completing a Nedry costume and found a very similar shirt but it isn't the exact pattern. If anyone could help me out it would be appreciated!

tried but no luck, most people were looking for the Hawaiian one he wears. an option is to get a blue polo shirt and make stencil to add the pattern with fabric paints, you can use the plastic sleeve from a DVD to cut a stencil in and use a brush or sponge to add the pattern.

Possibly intended for use by architects or artists. Black with a blue trim on the shade, likely halogen given the bulb size and brightness:
