I've sent a half dozen emails to Chen over the last year with no response.

Can anyone confirm his current email to me (in IM)?

This is regarding two deals from 3 years ago not yet completed.

1 year, 7 months later...

Chen is still MIA.

I bought a grenade from him in 2001 or 2002... I can't really remember any more. It came well over a year later but without the windvane - he had run out. I also put $200 down on another saber.

He then went in the military.

I've emailed him every 6 months for 5 years now. Supposedly he's out of the military now.

At various points he had agreed to make another windvane or an alternative to the saber, and even offered a $50 refund for the windvane, but so far nothing.

So that's $250 I'm out.

If anyone has a clue how to get him to honor his obligations, I'm all ears.

Beyond e-mail I don't really know how to contact him directly. However, he is working with Mara Jade's Father over at the ASAP board on a Leia lightsaber project right now, so maybe he can help you contact Chen.

Hi - I *think* he's getting my emails, since on rare occasion he's replied.

It's just getting him to take action that's a problem.

But 5+ years of inaction. Sheesh.

Another year, still no response to my emails.

I guess at this point I'm just posting as a warning to others... avoid Chen Jianwei.
