I achieved expression by applying latex and cables over a vac formed frame. It's designed to snarl when the gun hand is raised.

I don't plan on doing the whole costume any time soon. I wanted to play around with the mask for a while. I still want to do blinking eyes, but I'm stumped on how to do that with a wearable mask.

Funny you say that. I found some videos on the making of alien. That's where I got some ideas.
The hardest part would be getting money to fall out of its mouth. My finances limit me to the smaller stuff.
