Incredible work. Inspiring me to start my own. The Don Post files you're working from say "OUTDATED" in the title. Do you know why that is? Is there an updated file somewhere? I can't seem to find any other wearable stl of the Don Post scans.

I believe it is because some parts are not easy to be turned into a working costume. The Jesse M files has become the "go-to" files". The arms and torso on the outdated files do not have a way to be used for a working costume easily because some of the parts don't have ways to stick together. The shorts also don't fit easily inside the legs to be able to work (however I'm making rubber casting so it'll be flexible enough to fit)

Just printed a pair of c3po eyes in clear resin. Still need to wash them to cure them.

Here's my finished gloves. To make the squares, you can go into meshmixer and take a cube. Then just make it 2mm thick and 6mm wide, for the small ones. And 16mm wide for the big one. Those are just the dimensions I used, it was just guesswork. The wires are tulip dimensional fabric paint.

Got the legs basecoat painted. I used Smooth-On XTC-3D for smoothing, but gravity made lots of droopy areas on the thighs. I think I'm going to make new thighs and use these thighs for a rusty LOM droid, using some rejected parts.
