Buzz Lightyear Glow in the Dark Paint

I'm looking for the best rattle-can glow-in-the-dark paint to repaint my Buzz Lightyear figure since the one I bought to do a TS2 mod on doesn't glow in the dark. Any suggestions on the best paint to use? Also, would I need a specific type of sealer?

Rustoleum Glow in the Dark Max 2X, best paint ive used.
I used this stuff on my Buzz Lightyear armor and this baby GLOWS! Its been 7yrs and the effect is still good.
