That is true everyone knows Jumpin Jax will defend Matt regardless of how many people he screwes over.
As far as Jez goes, I hardly can call him impartial.
He has had a grudge against me and Matt for a LONG time (Matt much more so than me).
I feel I've never gotten a fair shake via Jez.
I also feel this is directly a result of all those years I fought against him while he defended Andrew Ainsworth.

Where as you are clearly a good friend of Matt's, which I have no problem with, but it is evident in any post of yours relating to armour.
Just like Gino is biased against me because I wouldn't share my moulds with him, and I am to him because of his baseless smear campaing against me.

I think I'm imparital here since both guys hate me :lol
However my point to the post is still valid, the crux of which was....
1) One person's been selling the same dodgy rights to a multitude of people, most of whom have in good faith paid him good money for.
2) Another person believes that its actually HE who owns the rights since his mate (huh?) was the first to be scammed, sorry "sold the moulds and rights".
I have to say that anyone new entering this hobby and reading this is just going to think "WTF!" :wacko

Seriously, if anyone is interested in hearing what I've said be validated, send GF a PM and direct him to this thread. Due to obvious reasons, he probably won't want to post in this thread, but I'm sure he'll respond privately.
He will verify that Matt traded him poorly vac formed copies of armor off the original molds (which I own). I bet he still has pics of those pieces.
He will also verify that for a very short time, he as well as Dave and I, were not aware of the double deal Matt had made with us two over the 'hobby rights'. Needless to say, both GF, Dave and I were quite upset.
Long story short, in the end, we decided to share them. Either way, Matt was supposed to be complete OUT. Forever.
He will also verify that after Matt was without trooper armor or molds, in order to get back into the game, he recast GF pieces in combination with non screen accurate tour suit parts to make his new offerings. Of course, the recast GF pieces were heavily modified but not to the extent that GF couldn't tell they came from his. BTW, this is what TE2 stuff comes from (although that is not the story presented to Tony when he got ripped off).
Again, don't take my word for it.
Ask GF. If you really want to know the truth you will. Otherwise you are just interested in arguing or vested in keeping the waters of this issue 'muddy'.

No its because you're so damn super-sensitive about this dumb hobby we have where we try and reproduce the most accurate reproduciton plastic helmet seen in a movie we all love.

Yes, you are right. I take what I do in this hobby very seriously. Especially when you're talking large amounts of money, time, and personal investment.
You say you don't believe I have 'rights'.
Well, within the real world, I agree with you. None of us do.
But within the hobby (where you don't believe recasting fellow hobbiests should be allowed), GF/AP and I are the only one with a legitimate claim.
If you don't agree with that, then by default you must be for recasting anarchy.

Its illogical to assume that just because WE don't agree with YOUR slightly-skewed (and dare I say -biased?) view, that "we're for recasting anarchy".
Many learned people, myself included just dont believe that YOU have these rights. Hence in our view you dont have any more "rights" than Tony/TE2, AP, GF, CO, RT or a number of other "legitimate armour makers".
Sorry Gino but you haven't done enough to warrant peoples blind faith in believing your version of events.

Different people, same molds. The only other source that under our hobby of not allowing unauthorized recasting that is legitimate.

GINO, just curious, but is there proof out there TE recasted the GF parts or could it have been parts he had not sold? It would't make what he did right by any means but would explain some of the the doubt.
