All,

New on the boards here. Just finished the baseline BumbleBee Transformer. I will be adding more to the legs, widen the shoulders, etc.

Slight side angle. Made out of Hasbro Helmet and hand blaster, LEDs, tap lights, old child's ATV, Barbie toy mirror, foamies, 7-11 cups, tide detergent bottle, Chrome tape, flex tubes, Moon Bounce shoes, boots, Parts of trashed child's transformer costumes, etc.

Forgot to mention cut up plastic bin tops and parts of an R2 cooler legs.

Hahahah! WOW! Now that's what I call being resourceful! Nice work!

Really, really cool.

I think the addition of the wing-like 2 car-doors, hanging on the shoulder will make a massive difference as well, in terms of appearance (bulk/size).

Hey All, Paul may be new to the RPF, but he's been putting together awesome costumes for a long time. Just wait to see some of his other work!

Great job on this man!
As for adding doors, maybe you can find some off of an old Power Wheels or something similar. I'd check Craig's List or Freecycle (if it's in your area).

Thanks.

As I mentioned before, I will be adding on to this, widening the shoulders some, as well as the biceps, adding material to the legs and torso (mostly mechanical looking stuff out of foamies/plastic shapes).

I have some doors with plastic windows that I will be attaching and I agree, will help with widening the appearance.

Hasbro helmet cost me 15.99 on Ebay, Hasbro blaster was on sale for $29. Motocross chest off ebay for $19.99. Plus other odds/ends/LEDs from Xmas sales, old kids toys had around for 12 years, free child's ATV found on side of the road, foamies, old plastic bucket = approx $89.00 total. I just love putting junk together to make stuff! Glad that you like it. Just need to improve it. Much thanks.

Paul
