Building a hero phaser from RShanko shells

Hello all

One of my current projects is converting a Ron Shanko kit into a "Hero" version, I thought I would share the experience of my reverse engineering thru the Hero pictures on the web.

Collecting the metal for the project.

Machined an extension tube onto an emitter that I had.
