Building a "hero" muscular suit...best method and undersuit?

Should I use a lycra body suit, or a thin wetsuit? I was wondering what other people on the board have done, and how you glue it to your suit.

Hmmm so is this an undersuit or are u doing a batman like suit with the glued on musculature showing?

The glued on muscles...I think I'm going to foam fill the space between the muscles and the undersuit.
