building a bio helmet

OK well i have already built a bio helmet outta card board hot glue paper mache and plaster of Paris as you can see in my picture.me and my dad are planning to make lots of predator gear and were gonna start by making a kick ass bio helmet. we don't wanna buy any so ya i need help.i was thing of buying a but-load of clay and sculpting what i want then putting plaster of Paris on but i figured i minus well ask my fellow hunters.

You're already off to a wonderful start, all I could recommend is make sure to keep your mask proportional for your face unless you are planning to use a undermask, which can be a little harder to work cardboard around and still be visible. Their are lots of tips for paint jobs on this site to that might help give your mask the edge your looking for just keep looking. Your doing wonderfully.
