Bucky Barnes Rifle help

Hey guys. I really really really could use some help with Bucky’s m249 saw rifle for Otakon 2019 (with is less than a month away). I want to make it out of EVA foam but I cannot find any templates/tutorials ANYWHERE. I just need someone to point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance

I was able to find a decent side view of the M249, however I have no idea how the scale should be. I can only recommend printing it out at different scales and seeing what fits you best.
