Hey, guys. I scored a Buck Rogers XZ-38 Disintegrator Pistol on Ebay recently that has a faulty trigger. I took it apart as carefully as I could to see what the trouble was, but I don't really know what I'm looking at or how to fix it exactly. I've got some ideas, but thought maybe someone here might be able to help me.

First thing that looks like a problem is the tension spring in the second photo. One end appears to be broken, so I think that's why the mechanism falls apart once the trigger is popped.

I am interested in doing the same thing to mine. Are you still interested in fixing yours? Maybe with two head, we can figure it out.
