BTTF Plutonium Case ( Finished )

I am researching the Plutonium case to build one myself.

Buying the pre-made ones from Anvil or Swan-Fligh or existing kits is not an option, as being in Holland the cost and shipping is too high,
and while doing the research I thought it would be a fun project to do myself.

There are a few threads here that show some great builds, but also have some different details and placement of the parts, compared to the original prop case.
A lot of original BTTF props have been seen everywhere, and are in some exhibitions, but the Plutonium Cases seem to have disappeared,
and after some searching have not come across any other images of the original prop, then some screen shots.

Most common differences are the aluminium 30x30 profile on the edges of the case being smooth with a chamfered edge.
the front two locks have a raised section to allow for the lid edge profile to extend behind these locks, and this specific lock has 3 bolts to attach the upper lock mechanism, that other locks don't have.

I am also trying to find out what text is written on the warning stickers, the top line is unreadable, the next line is a date like 22-05-1985, and ths small box beneath that A-B.
maybe some knows what the top line says :)

Thanks,
I just wrote something like that on all stickers with some added text on the "contents"

Still missing some small lid-corner brackets, but they will take 4 weeks :/
but I am very happy with the result and was a really fun project to do :)
Decided the hinges should be better, as I did not want bands on the inside when closing, and went for sturdy flightcase hinges.
Made some minor mistakes, the spot of the side handles, and the top handle should also be slight out of the centre, so the case is in balance when lifting with the handle.
And could not find aluminium angle profiles with a bevelled edge, at least not in Europe.

Best of all is a rivet adapter for my drill, that made it so much more easy to do, the almost 200 rivets o_O
