very cool and very original but I have a question Re: Hanging chains...how do chains 'hang' in zero gravity? Your model made me think. I think those chains give it a a cool detail but now Im scratching my head and wondering what hanging chains would look like in zero G.

They'd probably be all over the place...not that it detracts from the overall look.

Nicely done, makes me want to give scratch building a space ship a shot.

Good question! I never thoight of that? Well, i was thinking that it is a salvage ship, and it does venture into the atmos, to salvage things, maybe it needs to attach things to its self.?

I wouldn't worry about the hanging chains, either. While it's a detail that those of us - yes, me included! - with Anal Retention Syndrome can't quite fathom, it's a kewel effect. Hope you get what you're asking for the model on eBay! Can't wait to see what you're going to come up with next.
