Hey guys just thouight I would create my own thread for the Cylon head.

These are still available, cast out of smooth-on Onyx, or smooth cast 300, depending on what I have available. All are ceramic backed.
Some minor filler and sanding will be required. Cost is $175 plus shipping. Here is a picture of my display model, painted and LED installed.

Just wanted to say thanks to Sunkistshark for the wonderful Cylon prop. The prop is an excellent cast and I cannot wait to paint it....I am hoping to get the LED as well...definately a cool purchase....highly recommend....!

I forgot to ask you if the head is full scale? I'm going to use it on a full scale Cylon I'll be building out of PVC. I'll need to make the neck ball support so the head will mount and turn.

It was modelled for a 7’ tall cylinder. Which I believe to be accurate.
We were gonna do the collar section as well but I never ended up receiving that file so it just unfortunately died after the head.

How long does it take to make one? I may actually be interested

Typical time is 2-3 weeks to have it shipped. If u are interested in more than one we can discuss a cut in the cost.

Thank you for the information. I'll let you know soon. I'm dealing with my wife's mother's funeral, and estate. I will be starting my scratch build of my full scale Cylon within a month or 2, and will definitely need a head for it. I'll keep your information, and get back to you for sure. Thank you again.

I'm considering buying one. I was just ripped off by a guy who use to be on this site. He said he had a cylon head and even showed me a pic and video of it. He wanted $110 with LED eye included. We talked a little and he seemed honest. I sent him the money through Zelle, and he said he got the money and sent it out the next day. That was a week ago this past Monday, and never heard from him again. Found out he ripped off another person's website and was using it to scam other people. So now I'm very weary of purchasing from others. This has now been twice people have ripped me off. Frakking bastards. Karma is a bitch. So let me think about it and will get back to you.
