Bryce Tankthrust costume

I've been trying to make a screen-accurate Bryce Tankthrust costume, but the blazer and necklace are stumping me. I know that it probably wasn't custom-made, since none of the other costumes Brandon uses are. Can any of you eagle-eyed experts help me identify them?
