Hey guys this is my first post and this is something I have been wanting to replicate for quite some time. Currently, I do not have a lot of money and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to make this as cheap and accurate as possible. Thanks for the help!

that is probably a cairnes chief white helmet of some model maybe a 1044. You can find them all day long on ebay for good prices.
