BRINK Anger cosplay

I know I made a post about wanting the NCR Ranger Veteran cosplay but after some digging I realized that's going to be a multi-month long build which to me is just far to long for me to keep up with so I wanted to split off from that. I recently got back to playing BRINK and after seeing the Anger apparel in all its glory I wanted it so bad. So any tips on where I can find the hood, jacket, pants, shoes and mask or something that I can start off with anywhere? I know I can use some kind of scarf or something for the mask but everything else I don't know where to look.

the mask looks simple enough its just a red scarf the jagged white lines look like white boot laces, the trousers look like baggy cargo trousers/pants, the boots look generic just with red laces. the hoodie my be I problem as the hood size is much larger, as for the colours you could fabric paint the darker grey on a light grey hoodie or other way round and use red fabric paint for the lettering
