Nothing firm yet; Russ didn't mention if he needed funds immediately. However, I know some people need a little time to get the funds together (or make arrangements for when they can pay) so I think he'll be allowing for that.

I would like to wish all of you Warehouse 13 fans and fellow Prop Builders a "Very Happy New Year."
I can see it now by mid year or year end we should be building the most awesome Farnsworth communicator since the advent of the new and improved HG Wells.

Yup! Russ said about a week ago that his hands were (past tense) tied up with a high priority job but that he was free and things should be progressing now.
I've spoken with a few members regarding payments and such, but I've been waiting to update until I get another e-mail from Russ saying that things were officially in progress. I promise I will update everyone once I have some concrete info.

Feb 1, 2016 Update:
I received an update from Russ that said the brass plates should be showing up next week and then they just need to be engraved. A big priority order had taken precedence in his shop recently and that pushed everything off for the time frame.
When I hear some more, I'll be updating again...

Russ hasn't mentioned anything about a hard cap number on the run, and I'd assume he's making extras for "just in case" situations, so I'll add you to the list. :thumbsup
