I am having a hard time finding the officialise list to confirm if I am on it or not, but I did not received PM so I assume all is OK. Anyway I would like to reconfirm my désire to get two faceplates.

Yep, you're all good. The "confirmed" interest list is half way down the first post, but I see now that I goofed on your number of plates, so I will update it so you are listed for two now. :thumbsup

Serenity, is this thread gonna run until there is 30 + folks confirmed or are you going to set a cut off date to move forward with who ever is on the final list? We are 2 1/2 months away from the 1 year anniversary for this interest thread. I'm personally not in a rush. Seems to me that the longer it goes there will be more of a chance that some folks loose complete interest.

Sorry for the delays on my end; I've been dealing with some stuff and haven't had much time to properly reply to things.

I've sent an e-mail to Russ to see what he wants to do. We have 20 confirmed right now, so that gets us to the $100 per faceplate mark. I know some people might be on the fence at $100... I mean, we could lose some from the price jump or lose some while the list tries to get to 30 again. It could go either way.

So... I'll update you guys again ASAP.

To clarify, I wasn't trying to step on any toes with my comment about coming up on one year soon. I personally CAN wait to get the $75 per faceplate price. I was just curious about what the plan would be at the 1 year mark. Perhaps we wait until we hit the 1 year and go from there.

Good point by the way about possibly loosing folks, your right it could go either way.

I know I have been waiting for a while to get the good faceplates for my farnsworths, and can wait longer. My cases are not going anywhere until I have them - there is no rush from here.

I was wondering about something...

I bought some Switchcraft 201 push buttons, that seem to be the exact match of the Warehouse 13 Farnsworth, but it requires a 9mm hole.
I saw someone post a design they made of the faceplate some years ago on the Farnsworth thread, and it had 3 identical holes in size for the two knobs and the push button.
Unfortunately, the hole on this particular design isn't big enough for the Switchcraft push button.

Does anyone know what is the diameter of the push button hole on the faceplate that Russ is going to run?

I'm not sure of the actual diameter, but the hole should be the correct size to fit the Switchcraft button. Russ had all of the proper dimensions and measurements for the last run and I don't recall having any issues when assembling mine.

No word yet from Russ on how he wants to proceed, so until I hear back, we'll just continue as it has been in trying to get up to that 30 number.
