Bourne Identity Red Bag contents

Thanks to a very good friend of mine and his mother, I now also have a real US Passport. This one had been perforated so I've covered the holes with a close, but not perfect match to the cover material.

As usual I added the Bourne pages seen in the movie. I went with the Bourne Identity version which has the obvious mistake of a visa page opposite the photo page (they fixed this in the next movie and put the Secretary of State page there).

Also got the 2nd pen now although it was custom modified and no longer functional! All I'm missing now are French and Russian passports :)

Has anyone put together a full sourcing list for this? Listing what each item is and where to get them with the associated product or sku codes?

Kurtyboy your work remains as impressive as ever. How did you modify the pen?

Machined knurled band added to fountain pen. BTW, did anyone notice the pocket tool is wrong? Mine is at least as it appears to be imperial and the film prop might be metric.

kurtyboy The Coast Pocket Toolbox does have a metric side, or do you mean the entire tool in the movie is metric, no imperial side at all?

Or do you mean the nut sizes? They are weird 2/5 3/8 11/32 5/16

Hmmm.. mine only has what appear to be imperial hex sizes. The top one on mine reads 1/2 whereas the one in the movie reads 2/5 whatever that is.

Mine has the imperial hexes too 1/2 3/8 5/16 1/4, imperial rule one side metric the other.
Does the movie version have the rules down the sides at all?

The movie one does have the same rule. The number 7 is visible in the same place. Maybe we just have the wrong imperial version. The top hex hole appears to be smaller in the movie even though it's only partially visible. 2/5 instead of 1/2.

Yep, I definitely have the wrong version. In the shot where Jason pulls the top tray out although it's blurry you can see that the hex holes are different sizes to what I have.

Kurtyboy -

Sometime back within this thread, I posted this same issue after I purchased this tool for my collection and noted the top wrench is marked 1/2 but the screen grabs you can clearly see what appears to be 2/5. The only response I got was:

The sizes on Bourne's multitool are a really odd range 2/5 3/8 11/32 5/16 and I doubt anybody bothers with these sizes now.

Perhaps Youngpaddy1 can provide additional insights into the tool's measurements as I have been unable to locate any tool with these sizes.

Are we even 100% sure that it is a coast multitool and not some knock off, if it is by coast it's probably pre 2000 which will make it nearly impossible to find. The weird sizes on Bourne's one are as close to metric sizes 10mm 9.5mm 9mm and 8mm as you can get without going in to 64ths of an inch.

I wonder how many RPF members would be willing to spend $1250 on a watch. Not many I'd bet.

Finding them has never been the problem, it's the price. A few years ago I probably would've bought a second hand real one but thanks to the economy and government austerity cuts, the good old days are long gone for me.

Hey guys, I see you found a very close Tag Heuer Link Quartz Chronograph CT1111.BA0550. Very impressive find, but I found one that's even closer at https://www.google.com/shopping/pro...a=X&ei=WSVjUaXgEIWA0AGx4YGoDQ&ved=0CF8QvxMwAA

It's not exactly the right one, but it's as close of the exact model I could find. Enjoy

Just to let you know, I didn't spend the money on that watch. That watch is probably twice the amount of every penny I own. I'm not buying it unless I become a wealthy man like Bounre, which might not happen. I'll just stick with the cheap $100 replica.

I'm wondering where you found that pen Kurtboy, I've found similar pens but no the one you found. If you know where you found it, please leave me a message and I would really appreciate it, Thank You.
